What is the difference between a Retail Customer and Preferred Customer?

As a Retail Customer, you can order Products at any time at the suggested retail price. As a Preferred Customer enrolled in PC Perks, you receive a minimum 10% savings off retail prices on all Products and free shipping on any order $80 or greater.Enhanced Customer Service including our PC Perks Hotline and quarterly e-newsletter, and exclusive Preferred Customer promotions.

How is the Preferred Customer price calculated?

Preferred Customer pricing is a set price that is at least 10% off our listed retail price. As a Preferred Customer you get this discounted pricing any time you shop with Rodan + Fields.

What is a bi-monthly replenishment order?

Since our regimens are meant to last 60 days, our replenishment dates coincide. Once you enroll in PC Perks, every 60 days you will receive an email from Corporate giving you the option to get your favorite Rodan + Fields Products, or choose different products, or delay as long as needed without penalty. You always receive 10% off of all orders--big or small, but to get the FREE shipping, you must spend a minimum of $80.  You can update the contents of your replenishment order at any time by logging in and selecting "My Account". 

What if I don't need products when my replenishment becomes due?

If you do not need products, you can go into your account and delay for 30 or 60 days.  There is no penalty to delay shipment.  You can do this whenever or as long as necessary.

How do I edit my PC Perks order?

To manage your PC Perks account, visit your Consultant's Personal Website, enter your username and password in the upper right corner, and click "My Account." Edits made until the day prior to your order ship date will be reflected in your next order. Once your order has been processed, we cannot cancel or modify the order.

How do I delay or cancel my Preferred Customer account?

You can delay or cancel your Preferred Customer account at any time by logging in to your PC Perks account, clicking "Change My PC Perks Status" and then clicking "Cancel my PC Perks Account" at least five business days prior to the scheduled shipment of your auto-ship replenishment order.

When will shipping charges be applied?

Preferred Customers receive free shipping on every order $80 or more. 

When will my order be processed?

If your initial order is submitted on or before the 20th of the month, your replenishment order will be billed to your credit card and shipped approximately 60 days after the billing and shipment of the initial order. If your initial order is submitted after the 20th of the month, your replenishment order will be billed to your credit card and shipped on or around the 20th day of the second month following the shipment of your initial order. 

What if I want to return a product from my PC Perks replenishment order?

All of our products are backed by a 60-day satisfaction guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with your product, please contact the PC Perks Hotline or email us at pcperks@rodanandfields.com for assistance with any returns or exchanges. As long as your final order totals over $80.00 at Preferred Customer pricing, you are still eligible for all Preferred Customer benefits.

What if I did not get the right products in my PC Perks replenishment order?
